Network Maintenance

We will be doing some upgrades to our WAN (Wide Area Network) for added security across all offices.

Please be aware of the following

When:

  • Date: Thursday, May 30th
  • Time: 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM AEST
  • Impact: The internet in all offices will be offline for up to 3 hours during this time.

Systems that will be unavailable (all offices and public facing applications):

  • RACS website
  • Access to the RACS website
  • Access to applications that require a login:
    • Portfolio, Staff Portal, iMIS, Great Plains, Library, MALT, legacy CPD, BAS, eLearning,
    • Registrations & Enrollments, IMG Online Application, IMG Progress Report, Mini-CEX, DOPS and Provider Portal.
  • CHASM access via CitrixWe apologise for any inconvenience. This upgrade is important as this will allow us to apply further security improvements to our network.
